Effective exercises are one of the keys to really successful development. We're at the leading edge of exercise design, with exercises widely acclaimed for being:

The process works like this:

  • Consultation
    We consult with clients to establish clear learning needs. |
  • Design
    We design exercises to meet those needs. We're creative and process-focussed, so the results are exercises that are focussed, but original, memorable and exciting…
  • Delivery
    We deliver the exercises, along with appropriate review and support, taking the delegates through a process in which THEY reflect on the learning they've drawn from the exercises, and incorporate that into their daily working practices.
